All menus and meeting start times to be received seven days prior to the meeting. Numbers and table plans must be confirmed three days before the meeting.
Any cancellations after this will still be charged

Single meal advance changes will be charged at £2.50
No charge if ordered in amounts of three or more
No charge if  Melon, Salmon, Ice cream or Cheese & Biscuits regardless of amounts

Single meal on the day changes will be charged at £5.00 whatever that choice may be

Any late additions to numbers already received may only be given the above if the main menu is unavailable

Minimum Dining Numbers are 20

If payment is not made by midday the day after the meeting a 5% surcharge will be applied
